Cancellation, exchange, and return
Order cancellation
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. However, if you have selected "bank transfer" or "convenience store payment" as your payment method, we will accept cancellations before the payment process is completed. Please contact our inquiry center immediately if you wish to cancel.
*In the event of a cancellation due to customer reasons, shipping and handling fees will be charged to the customer.
Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of receiving the product.
(Please note that we cannot process returns if you return the item without prior notification.)
Regarding damaged or incorrect items
If for any reason the delivered product is damaged or defective, or if you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly address the issue after confirming the situation.
For customers who wish to return or exchange an item due to their own reasons.
- Please ensure that it is within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please ensure the product is unopened and unused.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return and reshipment shipping costs.
- Before sending your items to us, please contact our inquiry center first.
Regarding returns and exchanges of apparel and goods
- The item must be unused (only tried on indoors). *Please use a face cover or similar when trying it on.
- Please ensure that the garment is free from dirt, sweat stains, makeup, damage, creases from sitting, and any odors such as perfume, cigarette smoke, or incense.
- Accessories and product tags must not be removed.
- The dedicated bag and accompanying packaging must not be damaged.
- This is not a multiple order for selecting different sizes and colors.
If any stains, odors, or other defects are found upon arrival at our company, we will return the item to you via cash on delivery.
Points to note when returning products
- Please return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.
- Please note that we cannot process returns made without prior notification.
Other points to note
- If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as prolonged absence, ordering the wrong item, or refusal to accept delivery, and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for shipping/reshipping fees, handling fees, etc.

*If we request that you return the item via cash on delivery, please use Yamato Transport as the shipping company.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for shipments made by shipping companies other than those listed above.
Regarding handling of long-term absences and refusals to accept deliveries
Customers using cash on delivery
If your order is cancelled due to your prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery, we will charge you a flat fee of 2,500 yen (excluding tax) to cover round-trip shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees. Furthermore, if you repeatedly refuse to accept delivery, we may refuse your use of cash-on-delivery payment in the future.
Customers using cashless payment, convenience store payment, or bank transfer payment.
If your order is cancelled due to your prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery, we will charge you 2,000 yen (excluding tax) for round-trip shipping. If you wish to have the item resent, you will be required to pay an additional reshipping fee.
If the address is unknown or the person has moved
If your package is returned due to an unknown address, it will be treated as a long-term absence. Please double-check that you have entered your address correctly when placing your order. For cash-on-delivery payments, forwarding is not possible due to the delivery company's policies, so the item will be returned once it has been shipped.
