About registering or changing your account

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here .
Please note that, for privacy reasons, we are unable to provide your password even if you contact us by phone or email.

I would like to change my registration details (email address, address, etc.).

You can change or add your registration information from the "Change Registration Details" page in My Page .

You can change your registered membership information, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and password.
Additionally, you can add or change new delivery addresses from the "Add/Change Delivery Address " page in My Page.

I would like to know how to unsubscribe.

Due to system limitations, you cannot unsubscribe yourself.
Therefore, if you contact us with your Member ID (email address) and name via the inquiry form , we will proceed with the deletion of your membership information.

About your order

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders confirmed by 3 PM on weekdays, we will arrange for shipment on the same day.
(Excluding public holidays, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, etc.)

Delivery dates vary depending on the delivery address.
Normally, delivery takes 1 to 3 days from the day after shipping, but it may take longer depending on your location, weather conditions, and our workload.

I haven't received an order confirmation email or payment confirmation email, so I don't know if my order was completed.

Order-related emails will be sent automatically.
For various reasons, you may not be able to receive the message or there may be a delay.
*If it is reflected in your purchase history, your order has been completed.
(It takes approximately 10 minutes for your order to be reflected in your purchase history.)

Could you please issue a receipt?

Registered members can download the files themselves from their My Page .

After logging in, you can issue a receipt from "My Page > Purchase History" .

For those paying by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please confirm that your payment status has changed to "paid" after making your payment before proceeding with the issuance process. Please note that we cannot issue receipts while payment is still pending.
Customers who purchase using cash on delivery or as non-members (guests) cannot download their receipts themselves. Please contact us via the inquiry form and request a receipt.

For customers who require a handwritten receipt, please contact us to request one .

*The amount on the receipt cannot be changed.
*The name on the receipt will be the purchaser's name.
*The date on the receipt will be the order date.
*The issuer name on the receipt will be either "HALEO x Bulk Sports Official Website" or "Body Plus International Co., Ltd."
*The receipt will display the qualified invoice number (invoice registration number).

I want to pay with a credit card, but I don't know the security code.

The security code is the last three digits of the number printed in the signature area on the back of the card.
*For AMEX cards, this refers to the last four digits of the number printed in the upper right corner of the card's surface.

About security codes

I received an error message after entering my credit card information.

An error may be caused by an incorrect card number entry.
Please enter the 16-digit number (15 digits for AMEX) printed on your card using alphanumeric characters without hyphens. Please enter the expiration date in the order of "month/year".

Another factor is that an error message may appear if your credit card application is not approved during the online credit card application process conducted by each card company. In that case, please contact your card company directly or consider placing your order using an alternative payment method.

About the product

The smell and appearance seem different from what I've purchased before. Have the ingredients changed?

For products derived from natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in appearance, color, flavor, and solubility within the specified range, depending on the season and the raw materials used.

Even with amino acids and other substances, there may be variations in powder particle size from one manufacturing lot to the next. However, these differences in particle size do not affect absorption in the body, so you can use them with confidence.

Will this item be restocked?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the out-of-stock items.

If you set up a restock notification on the product page for your desired item, we will send you an email when it becomes available again. Please register if you wish to do so.

We will not be restocking this item, and it will be discontinued once current stock runs out. Please note that we may release new products periodically.

Please explain the difference between Big Whey and IsoPro (WPC, WPI).

Big Whey uses WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate), which is made by filtering out carbohydrates and fats from whey, and has a protein content of approximately 71-76%.

On the other hand, IsoPro is WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), which is obtained by further filtering WPC to remove more carbohydrates and fats, resulting in a protein content of approximately 80-86%.

Isopro contains less carbohydrates (including lactose) and fat than Big Whey, making it ideal for those on a strict low-carb diet or those with lactose intolerance (such as experiencing loose stools from dairy products).

I'd like to know the expiration date. I'd like you to send me something with a long shelf life.

We are unable to accommodate requests for specific expiration dates for the products you purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
If you inquire about the expiration date through our contact form , we will provide you with the expiration date of the product currently being shipped. Please feel free to use this service.

Is it okay for children to take supplements?

There are no age restrictions or other limitations on any of the supplements we sell, so there is no problem with taking them.

However, the recommended daily intake is based on the information provided for adults.
We recommend starting with less than half the recommended amount and adjusting the intake according to your own experience.

Is it okay to take it with other medications?

We are unable to determine whether it is safe to combine this medication with any other medications you are currently prescribed. Therefore, we recommend that you consult your healthcare provider.

Regarding exchanges, refunds, and cancellations

I would like to cancel. How do I do that?

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
However, we will accept cancellations before payment is processed.

Shipping Information

How much is the shipping fee?

For orders under 10,000 yen (including tax), we offer nationwide shipping starting from 1,100 yen (including tax).
Shipping is free for orders totaling 10,000 yen (including tax) or more.

Where can I check the delivery status?

Which delivery company is responsible?

Products ordered from this website will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

Do you ship internationally?

We apologize, but currently we only ship within Japan.

I would like to change the delivery date (delivery address, time).

We handle packages that have not yet been confirmed for shipment.

Yamato Transport Package Tracking System

The delivery status says it's been delivered, but I haven't received it.

Please have your tracking number ready and contact us via the Yamato Transport package inquiry system or our inquiry form .

The tracking number is showing an error.

Regarding the delivery status of your ordered items, there is a time lag between when we hand over the items to Yamato Transport and when the package registration is completed.

Therefore, you may not be able to check the delivery status immediately after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Do you have a coupon? I haven't received a coupon. The coupon isn't being applied.
