Delivery date and time
About delivery time
Cashless payment / Cash on delivery
Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will generally be shipped the same day and delivered within approximately 3 days of shipping (excluding weekends, holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays).
*However, depending on your location, weather conditions, and our company's congestion, it may take longer.
Bank transfer / Convenience store payment
We will ship your order after confirming your payment. Orders for which we receive payment confirmation by 11:00 AM on weekdays will generally be shipped the same day and will arrive within approximately 3 days of shipment (excluding weekends, holidays, summer holidays, and New Year holidays).
*However, depending on your location, weather conditions, and our company's congestion, it may take longer.

You can specify your preferred delivery time.
Morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00

Regarding specifying the delivery address
We deliver not only to your home, but also to your workplace or any other location of your choice.
Shipping notification
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification.
Regarding forwarding fees when changing the delivery address after the product has been shipped.
If you change the delivery address to one other than the one you specified after the item has been shipped (forwarding), you will be responsible for the forwarding fee.
*If the delivery office changes due to an incorrect address or other reasons, the package will be forwarded and a fee will be charged.
